Feel better every day practising Pilates with Graci a variety of mat based exercises. These include some conditioning*, endurance and strength; stretching, balance coordination and relaxation, all in the right amount.
(*as part of the 150 minutes of exercises/week - NHS)
With Graciela you will use a minimal amount of equipment so its possible to that you will be can repeat some exercises at home or at work if you wish.
